Guidlines for Authors
The manuscript should be submitted to the Editorial Office via E-mail (vmarton@ttmk.nyme.hu; gucsik@mailmax.hu).
1.a. The abstract must be no longer than 500 characters. 1.b. The manuscript should be divided into structured sections such as Introduction, Methodology, Results, Conclusions and Summary. 1.c. The literature must be cited in the text and reference list, too. 1.d. The citation: author name, publishing date, title, journal, volume and page (in case of books, the publisher also needs to be mentioned). 2. Maximum number of the figures such as maps, photos, tables, and diagrams is 15 with black-and white forms (min. 300 dpi resolution). They must be submitted as word documents. The manuscript must contain figures with following requirements: Margins -Top: 5.0 cm -Bottom: 5.0 cm -Left: 4.0 cm -Right: 4.0 cm -Gutter: 0 cm -Header: 4.0 cm -Footer: 3.0 cm -Style: normal Titel: 12 capital letter, bold Author: 12 capital letter Affiliation and E-mail addresses: 12 normal Subheader: 12 bold (before and after on line spacing) After the subheader, there is no indentation Indentation in new row using Tab Line spacing: single Font: Times New Roman Font size -Text: 12 normal -Figure Captions: 8 Italic -Title of Table: 8 Italic centered -Data in Table: title row 8 semi-bold, data 8 normal -Abstract: 8 Italic Page numbering: bottom of page (Footer) Citation in the Text: normal, sentence-type Citation of figure number: Italic 4. Extension: 10000 character for the original papers (max 10 figures including tables, images and maps) and 4000 characters for letters (max 5 figures including tables, images and maps)
Legend must be placed in the figure caption. Units must be appeared in [] based on SI. If the submitted manuscript does not meet with requirements above, the paper will not be accepted for the publication.
Reference citations are not permitted in the abstract of a paper. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the references, and are reminded that inaccurate references are highly frustrating to the reader, the cited author, and indexing services.
Permissions The author must obtain permission to reproduce figures, tables and, text form previously published material. Written permission must be obtained from the original copyright holder (generally the publisher, not the author or editor) of the journal or book concerned. An appropriate credit line should be included in the reference list. Written permission must be obtained from the author of any unpublished material cited from other laboratories, and should accompany the manuscript.
